Following the death of our mother during the pandemic in October 2020, her five sons, in America, were not able to travel home to Ireland and we had to work with Adrian to make all of the arrangements online, and via telephone which was very stressful for the family. Adrian is the consummate gentleman and professional and guided us through all of the many protocols and made all of the arrangements seamlessly throughout the whole process. We were able to do a viewing virtually as well as attend the Mass and burial in Culmuillin live online, as if we were there in person. On the two very sad occasions that we have used them, we found them to be highly professional but also extremely empathetic and lovely to deal with. Death notices on RIP and the papers were done efficiently, contact information for musicians provided and also contact for beautiful bookmark that we managed to get done in time for our mother’s funeral, and which Adrian personally collected for us.
